appeal for debarment

My appeal for debarment letter:

Dear Teacher,

I understand that I have been debarred from my main examinations and I deeply regret it. The reason as to why I was debarred is because of my absence from several classes. My attendance has been poor due to my own ignorance and negligence. However, I promise to put in extra efforts to pull up in my studies and continue to progress better. Please do allow me to take my main examinations as it is very important for my own future. I promise to improve my presence in class and be punctual. All the inconvenience caused are much regretted. Thank you.
